How to request support



In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Note: Due we have many software is very important you provide the info about the software in the ticket. Also provide a detailed explanation about any issue.

Sometime we received tickets like this:

"The software wont work"


but what is the software? what is the issue with the software?. This kind of tickets will be ignored because we don't have the info about the software or the issue.

If you want a faster and accurate support you need to provide all the info: name of the software, detailed explanation about the issue, detailed explanation about your computer OS and .Net framework etc.
